Elitejewels.com strives to depart most orders from our facility within 2-3
business days (excluding Rings and Specialty Products.) From this point,
utilizing FedEx Ground service, your order should reach you within 4-6 business
days. In instances where your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted
immediately by email and informed of reason for the delay.
Fed Ex Express
Elite Jewels offers you the option of Fed Ex Express shipping. Packages
usually arrive within 1 – 3 business days (excluding Rings and Specialty
Products.) Express shipping is available to all US and Canadian customers.
Due to security reasons, Elite Jewels will NOT ship to PO Boxes . All
packages require a signature.
