ELIGIBILITY:
No purchase necessary. All internet visitors are eligible to win! All requests received before February 14, 2009 will qualify for entry. All individuals who are legal U.S or Canadian residents who have reached age of majority are eligible to enter. By entering this contest you represent to Elite Jewels.com that you are at least 18 years of age.

Employees of Elite Jewels.com and its immediate families and members of their households are not eligible to participate in this contest. By registering to win the prize, the winner grants Elite Jewels.com permission to use his/her name (including screen name) and/or likeness for advertising and future promotion purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited by law). Unaccepted prizes may not be awarded.

DRAWING:
The winners will be selected on February 18, 2009. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded. Any prize or prize notification returned as undeliverable will result in the award of that prize to an alternative winner. Entry in the contest and/or acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use the winner's name, hometown and likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion on behalf of Elite Jewels.com without further compensation. All decisions made by our judges are final.

ODDS OF WINNING:
The number of entries determines Odds of winning. Elite Jewels.com is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Elite Jewels.com on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at any web site or any combination thereof. All entries become Elite Jewels.com property and will not be returned. Elite Jewels.com reserves the right to cancel the electronic method of contest entry if it becomes technically corrupted. All of your entries will be disqualified, at the sole discretion Elite Jewels.com, if you attempt (i) to enter the contest through any means other than as described in these Official Rules; or (ii) to disrupt the contest, circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, or in any way tamper with the contest. If either of the above occurs, Elite Jewels.com has the right to remedy any such action, disruption, or circumvention, and to seek damages from you to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Elite Jewels.com reserves the right to modify scheduling of the contest without prior notice. If the judges determine in their sole discretion that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the giveaway or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the giveaway, the judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue, and/or terminate the giveaway and conduct a random drawing to award prizes using all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Limit one prize per person. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility within 21 days of notification attempt. Failure to return the affidavit in the time noted will result in disqualification of the entry and the random selection of an alternate winner Elite Jewels.com may require winners to provide proof that they are the authorized account holders of the e-mail addresses used to enter the sweepstakes. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address. Any winner who does not comply with the Official Rules will be disqualified. Return of any prize or prize notification, as "undeliverable" will result in disqualification. Additional prizes, for which the winners do not claim their prizes according to the official rules, will not be awarded

Prizewinners will be notified via email and/or phone and Elite Jewels.com is under no obligation to notify winners by any other means.

REDEMPTION:
Elite Jewels.com will deliver the prizes as follows: All Prizes will be shipped to the appropriate winner's home address within the United States or Canada. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed. Elite Jewels.com who also reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. Elite Jewels.com will ship prizes within 30 days of winner's acceptance of their prize.

CONDITIONS:
By participating in the contest, you agree to release and hold, Elite Jewels.com and its directors, officers, employees and agents, and all prize suppliers harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the contests or any product purchased, or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, whether suffered by you or a third party. This sweepstakes is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Elite Jewels.com and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the contest or these Official Rules. All decisions regarding the contest, including but not limited to, selecting winners, will be made by Elite Jewels.com whose decisions shall be final. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, provincial and local taxes.
